Your host, Juan, is a gracious, delightful man who will greet you at the door and seat you amongst the elegantly set tables before returning to the bar to personally make your drinks. The man in charge of making sure your visit is perfect, though, is Etienne, the head waiter. He'll bring the day's menu to your table and suggest specialties that range from classic French to local seafood. (To die for: the shrimp in puffed pastry with fresh vegetables!) The food is beautifully presented, the wine list has something for everyone and the desserts are truly worth saving room for!

The classic Polynesian design of Les Nouveaux Mondes is complete with warm woods, subtle lighting, tropical hues and stunning floral displays. Even the bar is crafted from local woods ... this is a truly unique Tahitian experience!
